The following are the 10 Tai Chi Requirements of Shyun Style Tai Chi Chuan. These points directly relate to all Shyun Tai Chi movements and the martial application within.

–  The head is centered on the body, held upright
–  Chest and body held upright
–  Relax the waist and drop the pelvis
–  When shifting weight it must be clear between solid and non-solid
–  Drop the shoulder and drop the elbow
–  Use the mind don’t use force
–  The arms and legs follow each other

–  The whole body moves continuously
