End of Body Coordination Number 5
To continue the body coordination on the opposite side, move the left fist underneath the extended right arm’s triceps. Open the left fist so the palm is facing out and then slide the left palm down the length of the arm. At the same time retract the right fist to the waist. When the left palm is fully extended and the right fist is at the waist do a grab with the left palm. Bring the body weight up and slide the left foot sideways to the right. Turn left foot out and drop into a left foot forward crossing leg stance.
