Brief info
Sifu Cassandra Myrvik began studying kung fu at Master Kevin Loftus school in Vermillion, SD at the age of 6. In 1996 she moved with her family to Salt Lake City, Utah and studied with her father Sifu Richard Myrvik at his school. In 1997 Cassandra and her family moved to Wentworth, South Dakota. She started the Sifu Program in 2001 under the instruction of Sifu Richard Myrvik; she later passed the National Sifu Certification Testing in 2006. She is now attending South Dakota State University for a major in Biology and minor in Psychology.
